By using Noted Daily ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. What the App Does

Noted Daily is a personal incident logging tool. It helps you record timestamps, GPS locations, and details of neighbour disturbances for your own documentation purposes.

2. Not Legal Advice

Noted Daily is a documentation tool, not a legal service. The logs and reports generated by the app are for personal record-keeping. We do not guarantee that they will be accepted as evidence by any court, housing authority, or property manager. Consult a legal professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. Accuracy

GPS coordinates and timestamps are provided by your device's hardware and operating system. We do not guarantee their accuracy. You are responsible for verifying the information in your reports before sharing them.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

5. Your Data

You own your data. All incident logs, settings, and reports are stored on your device. We do not have access to your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Noted Daily for lawful purposes only. Do not use the app to harass, stalk, or intimidate others. The app is designed for legitimate documentation of incidents that affect your quality of life.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccurate records, or reliance on app-generated reports.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
